Service Questions
Absolutely. We can create custom packages that combine elements from different services. For example, you might want the Basic Search with added Contract Review. We'll adjust pricing accordingly.
We require 50% upfront to begin work, with the remainder due when you sign your tenancy agreement. For the Basic Search service, full payment is required upfront.
This is extremely rare, but if we genuinely cannot find any properties matching your requirements after two weeks of searching, we'll refund your deposit in full. However, we'll always work with you to adjust criteria if needed.
No. We work exclusively for you, the tenant. We don't receive referral fees or commissions from landlords or agents, which ensures our loyalty remains with you.
Definitely. Many of our clients are already in the UK, perhaps staying in temporary accommodation while searching for something more permanent. We can work with any timeline.
